Hello,
I would honestly have a qualified pro shop check her fit to make sure the holes are not to tight or to loose and that the span of the ball is not to long. All of those can add pain and discomfort over time.
As far as a brace they come in many shapes and price points. I would recommend something like the following to start if she has never worn a brace - https://www.bowlersmart.com/product/brunswick-shot-repeater-bowling-glove-right
-hand/
That option is inexpensive and might be all she needs.
Thanks
