The Phaze 4 is still legal to use in leagues and tournaments it was only banned from national tournament as in the US open, USBC masters, PWBA and other national tournaments.

Storm said they would work with the customer for a replacement, I'm sure you would have to contact storm and have the receipt for the proof of purchase. I would contact them
