Roto Grip kept the DNA of the original Gem core and changed its density to work with its A.I. Core Technology, for a more continuous motion through the pins. The cover is also new: the E-R1 Solid puts a different footprint on the lane than Roto Grip's previous-generation materials. Roto Grip describes the result as a cleaner front and a stronger, more continuous finish than the original Gem.
