Hammer built the Fallout as a controlled step down that complements the Black Widow line. When a larger asymmetric piece starts to read too early, the Fallout clears the front more cleanly and gives a longer hook window and more control down the lane. Compared to an angular ball like the Black Widow 3.0 Dynasty, it has a smoother, more continuous shape.
