Roto Grip built it for medium to medium-heavy oil. The nano-loaded pearl cover holds its line through the midlane instead of squirting, then reacts sharply to the dry boards. It fits after the heads open up a little, above a cleaner pearl and below a strong solid. If you want a controlled, lower-hook reaction, a lower-differential ball will suit you better.
