Motiv built it for medium to medium-heavy oil. The pearl cover clears the front of the lane cleanly and makes a controllable move at the breakpoint. For an earlier, stronger read on more oil, take it down with a lower-grit pad, or polish it for more length when the lanes dry, with surface changes done at your pro shop.
