Brunswick built it for medium to heavy oil and transition. The polished pearl cover gets the ball down the lane cleanly and then makes a strong but controllable move off the friction. Keep it polished for length when the lanes dry, or have your pro shop take the surface down with a lower-grit pad for an earlier, smoother read on more oil.
