No. It is a reactive pearl ball built to behave like urethane. The high-RG, low-differential Radius Core produces almost no flare and keeps the ball on a smooth line, while the ARC Pearl cover does the gripping for continuous, predictable motion. Storm's aim is urethane-like control with more drive through the pins than urethane gives.
