The Shadow Tank pairs Motiv's Frixion M7 Pearl Micro Cell Polymer (MCP) coverstock, at a 1000-grit finish, with the symmetric Flux Core. At 15 pounds the core measures a high 2.57 RG and a very low .015 differential, per the manufacturer's specs. That combination produces almost no track flare and a smooth, on-line motion.
