It is sold undrilled, without finger holes, so it can be fitted to your hand and span at your pro shop. It ships at a coarse 1000-grit finish for maximum bite. Your pro shop can smooth it with a higher-grit pad for a slightly later, cleaner read as the volume drops, or refresh the 1000-grit surface to restore the bite.
