The Effect Tour uses a lower-differential, tour-tuned version of the Huntsman core, so it flares less and reads smoother and more evenly than the standard Special and Maximum Effect. Reach for it when you want the Effect shape with more control, and step up to the standard Effects when you need more flare and a stronger backend.
