It is aimed more at higher-rev and angle players. The product page lists tournament players, higher-rev bowlers, angle players who want to open up heavy patterns, and arsenal builders, and says the core stores enormous energy and releases it in a strong, defined breakpoint. It does not name speed-dominant players or lower rev rates. Because the core is asymmetric, layout has a strong influence on the reaction, so work out the pin and mass bias placement for your speed and revs with your pro shop.
