It is a strong, angular asymmetric pearl. Flare potential is listed at 5 to 6 inches, from the Entity core's .052 differential and .020 intermediate differential at 15 pounds, which give high track flare and a defined breakpoint. The polished pearl saves its energy through the fronts, so it reads later and finishes sharper than a solid. If you want a controlled, lower-hook reaction, a lower-differential ball will suit you better.
