Not by design. The TourV3 solid reads the midlane evenly and the lower-differential core gives a smooth, defined breakpoint, so the Effect Tour makes a predictable move rather than a sharp one. Polishing it at your pro shop adds length when the lanes dry, and if you want a stronger backend, the standard Special and Maximum Effect have more flare.
