Yes, within set tolerances: pin placement plus or minus a half inch, top weight plus or minus half an ounce, and gross weight plus or minus three ounces. Request a 3 inch pin and you receive a ball between 2.5 and 3.5 inches. Mass bias placement is set at manufacture and cannot be guaranteed.
